- Auto top-up – Agile Chat tops up before your credit runs out. For example, €25 whenever it falls below €5, at most €200 per month. Everything can be changed or switched off.
- Monthly limits for the workspace and for each person. Once a limit is reached, the chat pauses instead of running up further costs.
- One credit balance for the team – everyone in the workspace uses the same credit. You see usage by person, mode and day.
- An invoice for every top-up, paid securely via Stripe. All prices include 19% VAT.

Is there a base fee or subscription?
No. You only pay for answers. If you don’t use it for a month, it costs nothing.
How is the price of an answer calculated?
The price depends on the scope: the selected mode, the length of the question, conversation history and answer, attachments and any tools used, such as web search or images. You see it after every answer in euros and cents. For large attachments, we show a notice beforehand.
How long is credit valid?
Purchased and automatically topped-up credit is valid for 24 months, starter credit for 12 months. We always use the credit that expires first.
What is auto top-up?
If your credit falls below a set amount, we top it up using your saved payment method. You switch it on when you buy or later yourself – for example, €25 whenever it falls below €5, at most €200 per month. You can change or end it at any time.
What happens when my credit runs out?
Then no new answer starts until you top up. There are no debts and no additional charges. We remind you in good time when it falls below €1.
Do failed answers cost anything?
If an answer doesn’t come about at all because of an error, it costs nothing. If it is interrupted – by an error or because you stop it – you only pay for what the AI actually processed up to that point.
Do prices include VAT?
Yes. All prices are final prices including 19% VAT, and the amount you top up is your credit: pay €25, get €25 of credit. You receive an invoice for every top-up. Businesses with a VAT ID in another EU country pay the same amount under the reverse-charge procedure.
Will I get unused credit refunded?
If you are a consumer, yes: if you withdraw from a top-up within 14 days or stop using Agile Chat, we refund unused purchased credit. The starter credit is a gift and is not paid out. Details are in the Terms and Conditions.
